We are expanding its outbound sales team and is looking for experienced telemarketers to qualify high-net-worth prospects for follow-up conversations with company executives.
This is a complex, high-level conversation. In most industries, this would be considered real sales, not telemarketing. You are expected to:
- Control the call
- Ask direct qualifying questions
- Handle pushback professionally
- Identify serious prospects and disqualify time-wasters
If you’ve only done surveys, donations, appointment setting, or boiler-room scripts — this is not the right fit.
- Minimum 2 years outbound telemarketing or sales experience
- Comfortable speaking with affluent, skeptical prospects
- Highly trainable – you take coaching and apply it
- Reliable – you show up, on time, every time
- Money-motivated – you care about performance and results
- PC or Mac proficient (CRM, dialers, basic tech competence required)
- Strong English communication skills
- Professional phone presence
- Closers who started on the phones and miss real conversations
- Telemarketers who are tired of low-level offers and weak leads
- Salespeople who want to be part of a serious investment campaign
- People who don’t need babysitting and understand accountability
- Script-readers
