Responsibilities
•Maintain accurate tracking of production data and departmental statistics across the Bar Mill and related operations.
•Prepare and distribute daily and monthly production reports to support operational decision-making.
•Ensure data integrity across multiple production systems (QMOS, SIMS, Bundle Tagging).
•Compile and present data for Health & Safety meetings; record and distribute meeting minutes.
•Coordinate and schedule meetings, including crew safety meetings, and maintain related documentation.
•Monitor training compliance: track outstanding sign-offs, communicate with supervisors and employees, and support training logistics.
•Manage crew schedules, track vacation time, and support workforce planning.
•Oversee records management for the Bar Mill department, ensuring compliance with company standards.
•Administer Microsoft Dynamics for service entries, invoice processing, and system queries—supporting both the Bar Mill and broader plant operations.
•Provide general administrative support to the Bar Mill leadership team, ensuring the office runs efficiently.
•Maintain office supplies, printing services, and coffee provisions while managing costs responsibly.
Qualifications and Experience
•3–5 years of administrative experience, preferably in a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment.
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the full Microsoft Office Suite.
•Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Dynamics is a strong asset.
•Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
•Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a high-pressure setting.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and team-oriented mindset.

•Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)
