Summary
We are seeking a Manufacturing Production Manager to join our dynamic team at Aluminess Products, Inc. In this role, you will oversee the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality and efficiency in the production of our aluminum accessories. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining our reputation for excellence within the adventure community.
Responsibilities
•Manage daily manufacturing operations to ensure production goals are met.
•Supervise and train manufacturing staff on best practices and safety protocols.
•Implement and maintain quality control standards throughout the production process.
•Coordinate with design and engineering teams to optimize product fabrication.
•Oversee inventory management and warehouse operations to ensure timely supply of materials.
•Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and improve processes.
Requirements
•Proven experience in a manufacturing management role or similar position.
•Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in fabrication and assembly.
•Familiarity with assembly line processes and manufacturing facilities.
•Ability to operate forklifts and other power tools safely and efficiently.
•Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team development and safety compliance.
•Experience with NetSuite and Microsoft Office
