**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Irvine, CA. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within their designated region, developing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients. The role involves leading and training sales teams, forecasting sales performance, and meeting targets. The Regional Sales Manager will also identify new market opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
