We have a unique and fantastic new opportunity for an ambitious, experienced sales performer in the Worcester/Central MA Region! Do you have a do what it takes attitude to goal accomplishment? Are you a go getter sales person looking to move up into leadership & management? Then keep reading.
Initially, the candidate will learn our product knowledge & sales strategies, lead by example in sales accomplishment, provide sales coaching and leadership to future new hires on the team starting as early as the second month, and help develop a sales team. He/she will train scripts, report to senior leadership on achievements and obstacles, mentor the new hires and be their support in the field.
Eventually, the leader will help motivate and guide team members towards reaching their marketing & sales goals, complete the leadership development program, and then lead a team of 5-10 sales representatives.
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Achieve individual standards with community solar enrollments, home solar leads, and/or energy broker leads
- Effectively utilize applications provided
- Teach scripts and techniques to new hires
- Eventually, lead a team of 5-10 Representatives
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Previous experience in sales
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances communication with a diverse customer base.
- Ability to build rapport with others quickly and easily
- Ability to work well within a team, collaborating with other sales reps, managers, and departments to meet customer needs and sales goals.
- High school completion
- Driver's license and a reliable vehicle
- Salary, $31,000 annually plus uncapped weekly paid commissions, average ~$1300-1500 per week
