The Lead operator position organizes and directs the day-to-day operations in the northern area.
This position may be called upon to operate facilities or fill in as acting supervisor of facilities as needed, and may be involved in facility expansions, decommissions and/or additions or removal of equipment.
This position may be called upon to operate facilities or fill in as acting supervisor of facilities as needed and will be involved in planning and execution of turnarounds.
This position works 5-2 schedule and required to be on-call for emergencies. Employees may be required to live within 40 minutes of the field office.
This position will lead and abide by the terms of employment in the Tidewater Midstream EH&S “Policy Manuals”; to ensure Tidewater Midstream’s safety and environmental standards are adhered to, and regulatory requirements are met.

· Understand and comply to EHS policies and procedures
· Identify opportunities to improve production and reliability
· Highly organized with the ability to manage a demanding workload in a fast-paced environment
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required
· Self starter who can work independently without supervision
· Good communication and decision making along with problem solving skills that are proven
· CMDS profile would also be consider an asset
· Minimal ticket requirements, TDG, WHMIS, H2S, First aid
