Operations Coordinator/Planner
to join our team and keep our warehouse and project activities running like clockwork. In this role, you'll be the key link between warehouse, construction crews, and project management to make sure materials are ready, schedules stay tight, and no detail slips through the cracks.
What You’ll Be Doing
•Coordinate daily warehouse activities to support field teams and ongoing projects
•Ensure inventory is staged and prepped for scheduled pickups and deliveries
•Serve as the go-to communicator between warehouse staff, construction crews, and project managers
•Create and maintain detailed schedules and inventory trackers using Excel
•Flag issues or delays early and help resolve them before they impact timelines
What We’re Looking For
•Proficiency in Excel (filters, pivot tables, basic formulas)
•Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail
•Effective communicator across teams and departments
•Previous experience in warehouse operations, coordination, or planning is a big plus
•Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
