ACEMCO offers the following benefits to our manufacturing team members:
Pay: $16 an hour. The second shift qualifies for a $2.00 shift premium. The third shift qualifies for a $1.50 shift premium. The amount does not include the total compensation package.

What can you expect as a manufacturing team member on a typical shift at ACEMCO?
As a manufacturing team member, you will perform a variety of operations including but not limited to:
- Lift the workpiece manually and secure the workpiece in a fixture or load it into an automatic feeding device.
- Assemble components of; correctly, and efficiently with consistent quality work and following standardized work and quality standards.
- Perform production and/or assembly of parts in a safe manner adhering to all safety policies.
- Distinguish and correct, as needed, the quality of a welded, milled, pressed, or assembling process.
- Learn and train in other areas of ACEMCO.
- Replace worn machine accessories such as weld tips.
- Pack parts into various containers as specified by a standard.
- Adhere to and maintain 5S and lean manufacturing standards.
- Perform additional duties not specifically outlined in this position description but as directed by the supervisor for the benefit of the company.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination and experience.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Hearing protection is required and supplied. Eye protection (safety glasses) is required and supplied. You are required to purchase and wear steel-toe safety shoes or boots.
