About the Role: Solar Sales Representative
As a Sales Rep, you'll start by mastering the art of appointment setting — the foundation of every top closer’s success. From there, you’ll advance into full-cycle sales where you'll present, close, and lead deals. Whether you're new to sales or bringing experience, we’ll sharpen your fundamentals and help you scale quickly.
You’ll represent EMPWR Energy by educating homeowners on $0 out-of-pocket solar programs that reduce utility bills and promote clean energy.
This is a door-to-door sales position in a booming industry with high impact and high income potential.
Key Responsibilities
•Introduce homeowners to our transformative solar programs and their benefits with confidence and enthusiasm
•Set qualified appointments consistently using a proven door-to-door strategy
•Convert those appointments into signed deals using a repeatable sales process
•Follow up with leads and manage your sales pipeline effectively
•Hit individual and team goals to earn incentives and recognition
•Participate in weekly training to continuously sharpen your skills
