This job is 100% onsite at our facility in Roanoke, Texas.
The Receptionist at intellirent is responsible for administrative support of the sales office. Areas of general clerical support include data entry, sales quotations, reception work include answering phone, maintenance of sales literature supplies, mail outs such as catalog requests and maintenance of files, records and databases. Coordinate/assist sales department and office personnel as needed.
· General reception duties: answering phones, distribution of mail and preparation of courier pack for corporate and other intellirent offices.
· Typing of sales quotations: rental, leasing, buyouts and sales and any clerical functions.
· Monitor sales literature and sales office supplies.
· Mailouts such as handling catalogue requests, mailers and any other advertising program.
· Maintains records, product literature and files as directed.
· Maintain Breakroom Supplies for all intellirent locations
· Database experience and MS Office Suite skills.
· 1–2 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative support role
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and multi-line phone systems
· Experience supporting sales or customer service teams
· Associate’s degree or coursework in business administration or office management
· All positions will require, to some degree, the physical abilities described below to perform the essential functions of the job
· Work the expected hours, consistently arrive at work at the agreed time and follow Company rules and guidelines regarding breaks and meal periods.
· Communicate effectively, both oral (in person and on the phone) and in writing.
· Use of tablets and computers in various IT systems
· Use keyboard or equivalent equipment, to access the computer,
· Use hands to manipulate documents and general paperwork to view contents
· Communicate effectively using the telephone, email, and instant messaging
· Move around and through all work areas as needed, may include climbing stairs or ladders
o Regularly sit at assigned locations/desk for up to 8 hours per day with allowable breaks
o Lift and/or move up to 10 pounds (i.e. books, reports, binders, etc), OR if IT related lift up to 50 pounds in IT equipment individually
· For Operations, Warehouse, & Lab based roles:
o Lift, push, and move up to 75 pounds individually and up to 150 pounds as a team
· The hourly rate of pay for this role will be between $18.00 and $20.00 per hour. Overtime will be paid at the legally required rate. A certain amount of overtime maybe expected each week but will vary from week to week.
· Benefits will be available to all full time employees. Full time is typically considered to be 40 hours per week (but must consistently work 30 hours minimum per week over any consecutive eight week period).
