What We Do
The Awning Company, LLC is a family owned and operated business that specializes in the manufacturing of canvas and metal awnings. The Awning Company, LLC is a family-owned business that has been in business for over 8 years. We are currently needing a person that can read a tape measure, lift 50 pounds or more daily, able to follow directions, and can sew and cut a straight line.
Duties:
•Operate a variety of sewing machines to complete orders
•Follow production schedules and processes to ensure quality control
•Clean machines, floors, and work areas throughout the day
•Help with shipping when needed
•Work in a team environment with a positive attitude
•Other duties as assigned by management
Skills:
•Sewing experience preferred but not required
•Quality control aware of sewing machine issues and repairs. Sewing experience preferred but not required.
•Ability to follow processes, procedures, and follow procedures when working with others. Sewing experience preferred but not required.
•Ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude. Sewing experience preferred but not required.
•Ability to read and understand written instructions, correspondence, production schedules, etc. preferred but not required.
