Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-driven and proactive Service Billing Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the full billing process for service customers, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and high-quality documentation. The ideal candidate will be organized, analytical, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- Review service work orders to ensure all costs are accurately posted and proper backup documentation is attached

- Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and missing or incomplete documentation

- Review scopes of work and edit notes for clarity, grammar, and customer-readiness

- Generate and process customer invoices with accuracy and efficiency

- Collaborate with invoice approvers to ensure billing formats meet internal standards and contract requirements

- Maintain a strong sense of urgency to support timely billing cycles

Requirements & Experience

- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Strong basic math skills

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with ManagerPlus and Workplace is a plus

- Previous service billing or administrative billing experience preferred

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including active listening

- Strong initiative, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail

- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision

- Dedicated, dependable, and passionate about delivering accurate results

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
