As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, build strong customer relationships, and drive new home sales from first contact through closing.
- Manage the full sales cycle for new home construction projects, from initial lead to contract signing.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homebuyers, guiding them through design, pricing, and construction timelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, lenders, and community partners.
- Generate and follow up on leads through marketing, networking, and referrals.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop pricing, promotions, and sales materials.
- Represent Heglar Creek Homes with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.
- Track and Report the sales pipeline and track progress.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
- Contribute to team goals and participate in team meetings.
- Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple customers and projects at once.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Preferred:
- State of Idaho Real Estate License
- Experience in sales and customer service
- Experience in the residential construction industry
- Previously used Buildertrend
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends
