Overview:
The Land Clerk is responsible for managing and coordinating various clerical and administrative tasks on a rotational schedule. This role involves reviewing records, data entry, report preparation, and personnel tracking.
Responsibilities:
•Review information such as daily records of activities, materials received and used, and reports from various workers.
•Handle production daily, weekly, and monthly paperwork and data entry.
•Prepare and type reports.
•Create flight manifests for passenger movement.
•Keep track of all personnel, and dispatch field helicopters and boats.
Qualifications:
•3+ years clerk experience in the oil and gas industry preferred.
•Possess strong clerical, communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
•Must be willing to work a 12-hour day on a 14x14 rotation schedule.
•Competitive hourly rate and a daily per diem.
•High school diploma or equivalent.
