JIT Manufacturing, a leading precision metal fabrication company, is looking for a dependable and mechanically inclined Press Brake Operator to join our production team!
Experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, great attendance, and is ready to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
What You’ll Do:
•Operate and set up CNC press brakes to bend and form metal parts
•Read blueprints or work instructions to complete jobs accurately
•Use calipers, micrometers, and other measurement tools to inspect parts
•Learn how to adjust machine settings and change tooling as needed
•Work with your team to hit daily production goals
•Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
What We’re Looking For:
•Manufacturing or production experience (preferred, but not required)
•Ability to read blueprints or willingness to learn
•Experience using measurement tools like micrometers, calipers or tape measures
•Strong attention to detail and quality
•Excellent attendance and punctuality — this is critical!
•Comfortable standing, moving, and lifting throughout the shift
•Positive attitude and strong team mindset
