About The Role

As a 1st Shift Conversion Team Manager you will plan and assign work, implement procedures and recommend and implement improvement in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions that improve Safety, Quality, & Performance of the department for which they are leading.

You will report to the Conversion Manager of Chemical Operations and be located at Columbia, SC. You will support the role 100% onsite.
