Full job description

On our sales team, you will engage with potential customers, educate them on the benefits of solar power, and guide them through the sales process. This position offers uncapped commissions, comprehensive training, and significant opportunities for career growth within a dynamic and rapidly expanding industry.

We have immediate openings for our solar sales representatives for our quickly expanding business. Positions will fill quickly!

1099 contract

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation

Good communication skills

1-2 years of experience in sales and/or appointment-setting related field preferred

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time

Attend meetings if needed

Must be diligent, detail-oriented, honest, reliable, punctual and dependable.

Generate your own appointments/services are provided

Build and maintain relationships with clients

Good energy and an outgoing personality. (This is key in sales)

Ability to work in a fast-paced, organized and positive environment.

Ability to work independently and create a productive personal work schedule

This position is great for driven individuals that have good conversational skills. Our managers main goal is to find candidates that are accountable, reliable, and willing to learn. Sales experience is good, but if you don't have it we will train you. Don't be dissuaded if you don't have years of experience, but make sure you provide an aura of confidence and friendliness.
