POSITION SUMMARYWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented MAOP Reconfirmation Program Manager to lead and oversee our Maximum Allowable Operating Pressure (MAOP) compliance program. This position is critical in ensuring regulatory compliance, operational integrity, and safety across our pipeline system. The MAOP Reconfirmation Program Manager will develop, implement, and maintain processes to verify, document, and sustain MAOP in alignment with federal and state regulations, including PHMSA requirements.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* Lead the development and execution of the MAOP Reconfirmation compliance program, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external audits related to MAOP Reconfirmation compliance.
*EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
Prior experience in a leadership or program management role within a pipeline integrity or compliance team.
*KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES* In-depth knowledge of PHMSA regulations (49 CFR Part 192), industry standards (API, ASME, etc.), and pipeline safety practices.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
