Position Summary

In conjunction with the Manager of Distribution Design & GIS, the Distribution Design Supervisor and other departments (as needed), the Engineering GIS Supervisor will manage the documentation and workflows for the use and editing of the GIS system by all GIS users within the department. The Engineering GIS Supervisor also recommends the resources necessary to maximize the effectiveness of the system and the realization of the benefits available to both internal and external users. Makes recommendations regarding hiring, promotion, discharge, and other personnel actions. This role will act as support to the Distribution Design Supervisor when necessary.
