City Light & Power (CLP) is a company at the forefront of the modern-day electric utility industry. We support electrical distribution systems owned or operated by Southern California Edison, other utilities, and the federal government on military installations.

CLP is seeking a Field Safety Representative to join our growing team of Professionals to provide support for daily administration and implementation of the Safety Management Program. The Field Safety Representative will work to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements promoting a safe and healthy work environment for employees, clients, Contractors and all onsite personnel.

Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Assist in providing information and working with Safety Manager as needed to complete incident reports, OSHA required documentation and other reports related to safety + Critically assess and evaluate hazards as well as taking corrective actions as needed + Document findings + Communicate with Leadership and field personnel about occurrences or incidents and makes recommendations on prevention for the future + Monitor and verify corrective measures have been completed and are achieving the expected results
