Job Description

X-energy, LLC is seeking experienced professionals to join our Engineering team in the role of Manager, Nuclear Fuel System Engineering This position manages the group responsible for performing systems engineering, analysis, design, and development of the Xe-100 nuclear fuel system across all projects and programs. This includes directing the work of individual contributors on the team, managing the resource and organizational needs of the systems engineering team, and assisting with the analysis of systems, structures, and components for the Xe-100 nuclear fuel system.

Qualifications:

+ Systems engineering processes. + Neutron transport. + Application of fuel design and performance management codes and analysis. + Advance nuclear fuel regulatory framework. + Material science and grain structures. + Nuclear fuel research and development. + Nuclear reactor operation and fuel qualification. + Safety analysis and core design. Work Site Expectations : 5 days a week in office Travel: 10% Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm, Mon-Fri

Compensation

As required by Maryland and other applicable state law, X Energy, LLC (X-energy) lists the expected compensation range for a publicly advertised job opportunity based upon the job requirements (e.g. education/training, experience, skill sets, etc.). Individual candidates who meet the job requirements for the posted position will be offered a salary within this range based on their respective levels of education/training, experience, and other qualifications unique to them. Salary ranges may vary based on the specific office location and region referenced in the posting to take into consideration differences in cost of living and may not be reflective of all regions. A reasonable estimate for this position at the level of experience required is:

$160,000- $240,000 Position Job Classification
