Summary of Responsibilities

The Head of Site Projects, US is responsible for the performance of the Site Projects Organization for project phases ranging in total value from a few hundred thousand dollars to over thirty million dollars. The incumbent will coordinate the Site Projects Organization for all aspects of procurement, design, manufacturing, construction, integration, and cost of controlling facilities, systems, and equipment necessary to operate and expand the capacity and function of the Urenco USA enrichment facility. Strategically positions project portfolio within the larger whole of site projects and drives accomplishments at a site level.

Education and Experience

The candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 10 years of direct work experience in major project management in a highly regulated industry with 5 of those years being in senior management positions supervising other project managers. An advanced degree in a related field, (such as construction management, MBA, etc), and a Project Manager Certification with 15 years of related work experience, with 10 of those years being in senior management positions is desirable.

Essential Skills:* Must have executive-level interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to diverse groups effectively.

Primary Functions* Providing leadership and executive management for all site projects to ensure the safe delivery of projects within approved budget and project performance (cost and schedule).

Compensation starting at: $ 167400 - $ 214615 / year and up dependent on candidate.
