Job Summary: RDR is seeking skilled laborers with specialized skills and knowledge in the oil and gas field. Experience Requirements: Reporting directly to their RDR supervisor. Ability to work outside in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Physical endurance to stand for long periods of time as well as walk, squat, crouch. Able to work up to and at times greater than 12-hour days. Can fuel various equipment on well pads Set and operate water valves as needed Operate water pumps as needed Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues Provide updates through Viber group to control room Perform site inspections and report any issues Comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays Preferred experience: Oil and gas experience.
