The eCommerce Content Specialist will play a key role in the digital transformation at Noble. You will provide valuable support and UAT during the project build and launch, training and support for a wide range of users and manage day-to-day activities as well as managing ad hoc projects.

The ideal candidate will be an organized, detail-oriented and used to managing projects and meeting deadlines. You are comfortable learning new applications and prioritizing work effectively. Acting as an “eCommerce evangelist”, you will support a wide range of stakeholders with support and training with the goal of driving a best-in-class ecommerce experience. Responsibilities:

Provide end-user support to users, both external customers and internal groups such as sales, on all areas of the website from technical issues such as bugs to user-related issued like password resets
Train the sales team on how to support their customers to drive customer engagement and adoption of online ordering
Handle ad-hoc requests on site issues
Troubleshoot potential bugs
Perform QA on fixes
Review product titles, descriptions, categorization, and keywords to ensure they meet established guidelines
Manage promotional campaigns, banners and landing pages to meet stakeholder timelines while maintaining ecommerce best practices
Inspecting the end-to-end customer journey and shopping funnel (landing pages and checkout options), to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use
+ Regular monitoring and auditing customer journey to ensure product listings and landing pages are maintained and updated + Assist in the design and execution of projects and technical enhancements to accomplish best in class customer experiences + Product data review for Noble’s Product Information Manager


Key Focus Areas* Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the eCommerce platform and various integrated applications

Key support person for the company
Maintain training, administrator and ecommerce guidelines documents, updating regularly

Qualifications: Must Haves* Degree/Diploma in Commerce, Management, or Information Technology or related discipline

Two (2)+ years' administrative experience in eCommerce environment
Detail orientated, deadline-driven and able to multi-task with solid organizational & time-management skills
Team player with willingness to work cooperatively across all departments and organizational levels to meet business objectives.
Flexibility to adapt to the needs of a growing and changing organization.
Strong work ethic to enthusiastically create, persist and achieve ambitious goals.
Resourceful and innovative at tackling challenges in a sustainable, proactive fashion.
Ability to read, write and speak English at a proficient level.
Professional, diplomatic and uses discretion in dealing with colleagues, vendors, managers and stakeholders
