Job Summary:

Oilfield experince is a big plus! We are a 60 truck fluid hauling fleet based in West Texas but with home base office operations in Mission, TX. Will be mostly work from office and some remote work as needed. Must have good trucking background, DOT knowledge and excellent problem solving skills.

This posting is for a flex/relief shift position including rotating weekends and nights.

Must have reliable transportation and excellent computer skills.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Oilfield Trucking Dispatcher to join our team. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating transportation activities, ensuring efficient routing, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transportation management, logistics, and fleet management.

Duties:

- Coordinate and schedule transportation activities

- Utilize GPS and transportation management systems to track vehicles

- Communicate with drivers to ensure timely arrivals

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

- Analyze transportation data to optimize routes and improve efficiency

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

- Utilize Ironsight and other related TMS per customer

- Familiarity with Google Maps/Earth plus excellent computer skills (Office 365)

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in transportation management or a related field

- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills

- Knowledge of logistics principles and practices

- Proficiency in fleet management operations

- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
