Key Responsibilities:

•

Implementation & Configuration: Lead the implementation of Oracle NetSuite ERP, including initial setup, configuration, and customization to meet business requirements.

•

Development & Integration: Develop and implement enhancements, integrations, and custom workflows within the NetSuite platform, ensuring alignment with business processes.

•

Architectural Design: Lead the design and development of complex software architectures, ensuring they meet business requirements and performance standards.

•

User Support & Training: Provide ongoing support to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and conducting training sessions to ensure effective utilization of the system.

•

System Maintenance: Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues; conduct regular system audits and updates.

•

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.

•

Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

•

Project Management: Manage ERP-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.

•

Reporting & Analytics: Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance metrics and support data-driven decision-making.

•

Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to implementation and support teams, promoting best practices and high-quality standards.

Required Qualifications:

•

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

•

Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in Oracle NetSuite (administration, implementation and support) with at least 3 years in a senior role.

•

Technical Skills:

•

Strong knowledge of NetSuite architecture, development tools (SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow), and reporting capabilities.

•

Proven experience in ERP implementation projects, including requirements gathering, configuration, and user training.

•

Proven experience in ERP localization projects

•

Proven experience in Tax Compliance process

•

Familiarity with data migration and integration tools is an advantage

•

Soft Skills:

•

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively

•

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.

•

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
