EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
•Must be a Sophomore, Junior, Senior, or Graduate level.
•Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program, such as engineering, project management, or business
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
•Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
•Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Projects)
•Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Interest in the mining industry and a commitment to safety
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
•Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities.
•Knowledge of project management principles, tools, and techniques
•Familiarity with maintenance management systems and processes
•Understanding of mining operations and equipment maintenance
•Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
•Strong analytical and data analysis skills to identify trends and insights
•Proficiency in using project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana)
•Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting
•Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including maintenance technicians, engineers, and operations personnel
•Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to identify and resolve issues

•At least CEFR B2 - Upper Intermediate: Can understand the main ideas of complex text on both concrete and abstract topics, including technical discussions in their field of specialization.
