Job Summary
The Investment Manager will be a significant contributor to the execution of the company’s project and corporate financing strategy. It will lead financial modeling for debt and tax equity transactions and internal transaction diligence. In addition to external financing work, this individual will administer the company’s internal Investment Committee process, ensuring structured decision-making and strong internal governance over capital allocation.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of project finance experience and will work alongside the CIO, CEO, CFO and Investment Director with project portfolio and corporate-level financing.

Responsibilities
Capital Raising & Execution
•Support the structuring and execution of project, portfolio, and corporate-level financing transactions (tax equity, debt, and sponsor equity).
•Prepare investor presentations, teasers, and data rooms for capital raising processes.
•Coordinate due diligence efforts and participate in negotiations with investors, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders.
Financial Modeling & Analysis
•Maintain and enhance detailed financial models for project finance and capital deployment planning.
•Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate potential financing outcomes.
•Analyze deal structures to optimize returns and mitigate risk.
Investment Committee Management
•Administer the internal Investment Committee (IC) process across all development and financing decisions.
•Schedule and facilitate IC meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure clear and timely distribution of materials.
•Draft and circulate IC meeting minutes, track decisions and resolutions, and maintain accurate records of approvals.
•Manage and organize an internal archive of project investment memos, approvals, and supporting documentation for audit and compliance.
•Coordinate across teams to ensure readiness and alignment for IC discussions.
Financier Relations & Reporting
•Assist in managing debt and tax equity financier communications and reporting requirements, including quarterly updates, compliance deliverables, and ad hoc requests.
•Track investor preferences, terms, and key issues to inform structuring decisions.
•Maintain a CRM database of capital partners and financing terms.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
•Work with project development and deployment teams to align financial assumptions with project realities.
•Work with cross-functional team to drive due diligence processes including IE reports, appraisals, cost segregation reports and others as required under financing documentation.
•Coordinate with legal and accounting teams to ensure compliance with financing documents and obligations.
•Support internal reporting and analysis related to capital markets activity.
Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, engineering, or a related field; MBA or master’s degree is a plus.
•4+ years of relevant experience in project finance, investment banking, capital markets, or renewable energy finance.
•Strong understanding of financial modeling and structured finance, especially in the renewable energy or infrastructure space.
•Experience supporting complex transactions and working with tax equity, debt, and institutional investors.
•Demonstrated ability to manage internal governance processes, track documentation, and drive decision-making workflows.
•Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
•Highly organized and able to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
•Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; CRM platforms, and document management systems is a plus.
