As Instrumentation & Electrical (I&E) Operations Technician II, you’ll work under the mentorship of a team of safety-focused technicians to maximize equipment reliability and availability. A desire to learn, dedication to safety, and attention to detail are keys to success in this role!

, Entry-level I&E Technician who works with electrical and instrumentation equipment. With guidance from more senior-level technicians, this role helps perform maintenance and operational tasks with all natural gas process related equipment, instrumentation, and control systems. Properly maintain and complete maintenance records, service reports, and other required documents as required. Maintain and operate glycol dehydration, cryogenic processing, fractionation plant, reciprocating and turbine compressors. Demonstrate proper use of personal protective equipment, vehicles, tools, and equipment. Attend safety and technical training while progressing in the I&E Operations Technician development process. With guidance, they troubleshoot and operate Allen Bradley PLC systems. Follow and adhere to Williams’ System Integrity Plan for all regulatory requirements and company core values and beliefs. Supports teams by providing quality maintenance duties to maximize equipment reliability and availability. These duties include but are not limited to electrical troubleshooting of low to high voltage equipment and repair and instrumentation and control valve calibration. Has electrical / electronic skills and knowledge. Assists in completing work orders and requisitions, and documents all critical and or pertinent information on a routine basis. Performs preventive maintenance on electrical equipment, instrumentation and analytical equipment, following electrical code, manuals, procedures, schematic diagrams, P&IDs, blue prints and other specifications.
