Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Analyst to join our Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Finance team. Reporting to the Sr. Finance Manager, you’ll play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and supporting business decisions with data-driven insights.
What You’ll Do:
•Provide OPEX forecasting, financial reporting, and project support to help achieve business goals
•Drive the month-end close and forecasting process
•Deliver weekly/monthly reports on KPIs, financials, and variances
•Lead annual and monthly budgeting and forecasting activities
•Act as a finance business partner to department leaders
•Analyze ROI, new products, business cases, and process improvements
•Support automation and reporting efficiency projects
•Develop models for strategic decision-making
•Generate reports for backlog, bookings, revenue, and headcount
•Respond to ad hoc financial analysis requests
What You Bring:
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
•5+ years of experience in a finance-related role
•Advanced Excel skills (must be able to work fast and accurately)
•Proficiency in Power BI and enterprise systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Hyperion, Workday, SFDC)
•Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
•Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
•Must be on-site in Sunnyvale, CA
