Rogers Group is currently seeking candidates to fill a LOADER OPERATOR position at the Rutherford Quarry located in Murfreesboro, TN. The successful candidate for this role will have previous experience operating a large-size, wheeled loader – like a CAT 988, CAT 992, Komatsu WA500-8, Komatsu WA600-8, or similar. The successful candidate must also have an uncompromising commitment to safety excellence.
JOB DETAILS:
Location: Rutherford Quarry – Rogers Group Inc – Murfreesboro, TN*
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
•This role will primarily operate a large, wheel loader on the yard to load trucks and maintain stockpiles.
•Ability to interact with customers and provide excellent customer service.
•May also be required to operate various other pieces of heavy equipment as needs require, and at the discretion of the plant manager and foreman
QUALIFICATIONS
•Uncompromising focus on safety excellence - individual must be dedicated to operating safely at all times.
•Have at least one year of experience operating a large-size wheel loader – similar to a CAT 988, CAT 992, Komatsu WA500-8, or Komatsu WA600-8.
•Experience operating a variety of heavy equipment – dozer, track hoe, skid steer – preferred.
•Ability to pick up on new task quickly.
•Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when necessary.
•Team player - individual must be willing to perform any task required at the quarry.
•Self-motivated individual - must be able to perform required duties independently, without constant supervision.
•Pass pre-employment drug screen.
•Able to provide valid documentation for the I-9 Immigration requirement.
•Assist other workers as needed or directed.
•Other duties, assignments, and requirements as determined by management.
