Position Summary:

The Warehouse Coordinator will support daily warehouse operations by safely loading and unloading materials, assisting with inventory organization, and maintaining a clean and orderly work environment. This position will work closely with Senior Storekeepers and other team members to ensure materials are accurately received, stored, and distributed to meet operational needs.

Responsibilities:

- Safely load and unload materials using a forklift and other material-handling equipment

- Assist Senior Storekeepers with organizing, labeling, and putting away materials

- Perform warehouse and yard housekeeping to maintain a safe and efficient workspace

- Support inventory management by tracking and reporting material movements as needed

- Follow all company safety rules, policies, and procedures

- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete daily tasks and priorities

Required Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Forklift certification

Skill Sets & Expertise:

- Forklift operating experience (certification preferred)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment

- Strong multitasking and time management skills

- Self-starter with a proactive and safety-first mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
