Quality Controls is seeking a Warehouse Shipping/Receiving Specialist to join our team in Waldwick, NJ. This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely handling of incoming and outgoing materials, maintaining stock organization, and supporting product assembly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hardworking, and a team player with prior warehouse/shop experience. This position may also involve occasional field service and offsite training.
- Pick, pack, and ship products accurately and efficiently
- Receive and process inbound materials
- Utilize the ERP system for shipping, receiving, and assembly tasks
- Maintain and organize the stockroom and warehouse workspace
- Perform light janitorial duties including cleaning and sweeping
- Assist with product assembly and preparation of finished goods for shipment
- Support field service or jobsite work when required
- ravel for external training at manufacturer locations as needed
- High School Diploma required; technical/vocational training is a plus
- 3–5 years of warehouse or shop experience
- Strong work ethic and high motivation
- Mechanical and/or electrical aptitude
- Proficient with basic hand tools
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Outlook/Email)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Forklift operation experience
- Demonstrated experience in shipping, receiving, and packing
- Ability to comfortably lift up to 80 lbs
- $40,000-$50,000 annually
