Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The Candidate must speak both English and Chinese. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while contributing to the overall strategic goals of the organization.
- Assist in the implementation and administration of human capital management strategies.
- Manage talent acquisition processes including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the company.
- Support performance management initiatives, including employee evaluations and feedback processes.
- Administer benefits programs and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with FMLA, OSHA, and other employment and labor laws.
- Facilitate change management efforts within the organization.
- Maintain HRIS databases for accurate workforce management and data collection.
- Collaborate on strategic planning initiatives related to organization design and talent management.
- Provide support for affirmative action planning and succession planning efforts.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict management and resolution.
- Utilize various ATS platforms such as Lever, Workday, or iCIMS for recruitment processes.
- Conduct training & development sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Proven experience in human resources management or related administrative roles.
- Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, benefits administration, and workers' compensation regulations.
- Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques and social media management for recruitment purposes.
- Proficiency in project management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with HRIS systems such as Oracle HCM, Paychex, Dayforce, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Ability to handle data entry tasks accurately while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Knowledge of performance management systems and tools like Kronos or UltiPro is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
