Metal Supermarkets is looking for a reliable, friendly, physically active team member who wants 40 guaranteed hours per week

Metal Supermarkets Richmond sells metal cut-to-size to a variety of businesses and consumers. We are looking to add a great person to our team who is willing to learn the metal business and work in our warehouse. The ideal candidate is reliable, hard-working, likes getting his/her hands dirty, and who also enjoys an active, fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

- Receive, identify and stock incoming metal (no prior knowledge of metal is necessary)

- Ensure Warehouse is clean, organized and safe at all times

- Operate Machinery (with training) to cut and process the metal

Job Requirements

- Must be reliable and available to start work at 8 AM

- Motivated and enthusiastic team member

- Great attention to detail is a must

- Candidate must be comfortable with measurements

- Ability to lift 75 pounds

- A current Forklift Driving Certificate is a plus but not required

- Store will provide company shirts, gloves and safety equipment.. Employee is responsible for having steel toed boots and work pants

- General and personal safety training will be provided

- Work schedule is Monday - Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM

Salary: $15.00/hour to start plus quarterly bonus
