Job Title: Warehouse / Shipping & Receiving Associate Location: Tulsa, OK
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Compensation: $18–$20/hour, depending on experience
The Warehouse / Shipping & Receiving Associate plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse and logistics operations. This position ensures materials are accurately received, organized, shipped, and maintained while contributing to the overall success of regional operations.
- Support daily warehouse and logistics operations
- Perform shipping and receiving functions accurately and efficiently
- Safely operate a seated forklift (required)
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with inventory management
- Stage, organize, and maintain warehouse materials and equipment
- Assist with light assembly or production work as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned
- Report directly to the Operations Supervisor
- Seated forklift experience required
- Forklift certification required
- Shipping and receiving experience strongly preferred
- Assembly or production experience highly preferred
- NAVISPHERE experience or familiarity strongly preferred
- Basic computer skills and ability to perform data entry
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record and ability to drive a company vehicle
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-starter able to manage time in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting oil and gas customers
- Hazmat certification is a strong plus
- Inventory counting and inventory management experience
- Willingness and ability to ship and receive hazardous materials
- Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials as needed
- Ability to learn new and variable duties quickly
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
