**Now Hiring: Warehouse & Driver Supervisor – Slinger, WI**

Are you a hands-on leader with a strong work ethic and a passion for logistics? Join our team as a Warehouse & Driver Supervisor in Slinger, WI!

In this role, you’ll oversee warehouse operations and drivers, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely delivery of products. You’ll also play a key role in coaching team members, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized facility.

**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM

**What We’re Looking For:**

* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Class A CDL with tanker endorsement (Hazmat preferred)
* Forklift experience
* Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in all weather conditions
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* A commitment to safety, teamwork, and adaptability

**What You’ll Do:**

* Supervise warehouse staff and drivers, including hiring, coaching, and performance evaluations
* Plan and organize daily warehouse and delivery operations
* Repackage bulk products and assist with loading/unloading
* Monitor and manage inventory, including monthly counts and expiration tracking
* Coordinate product transfers and ensure proper stock levels
* Serve as a backup delivery driver as needed
* Maintain cleanliness and safety of the warehouse and fuel island
* Collaborate with leadership to improve efficiency and reduce costs
