Applicants must meet the following requirements:

- Customer Service Experience

- Self Motivated

- Strong telephone and electronic communication etiquette

- Basic Computer Knowledge-Quickbooks experience preferable

- Organization

- Polite and friendly personality

- One year office experience preferred but not required

- Applicant may travel between locations (Harrison, Clare)

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Scheduling dumpster routes (training provided)

Communicating with drivers

- Taking customer orders and making tickets for delivery

- Providing excellent customer service

- Handling customer calls/complaints with courtesy and professionalism

- Invoicing for dumpster rentals

- Must be a Team Player with a willingness to learn
