About The Role
The Vice President of Corporate Development will lead M&A, strategic partnerships, and investment activity to accelerate growth and create long-term enterprise value. Reporting to the CFO, this leader will own all aspects of corporate development strategy and execution—from identifying and evaluating opportunities to structuring deals and integrating acquired businesses. This role requires a combination of financial sophistication, strategic insight, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Estimated Starting Salary Range
The estimated starting salary range for this role is $242,000 - $274,000 annually less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a semi-monthly basis. The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Company’s discretion, which may include experience, qualifications, tenure, skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role.
