We are looking to hire someone local to help in our family business! Pay range: $25-$30+/hour, depending on experience. We are looking for an employee to help us with the used parts side of our business, as well as general maintenance and tasks as needed. The main responsibilities are to assist with taking apart used equipment, helping organize used parts, and prepare them for shipment. Secondarily we also have a lot of odd jobs that come up, including organizing and cleaning, as well as helping move equipment and parts around between shops. Day to day the job has a lot of variety, typically a balance of outside and inside shop work depending on the weather. Large portion of work is solo/independent. Tools are provided, work schedule has flexibility once the candidate has the ability to work on their own. Raises are available within the first year as work experience is gained. The ability to lift and move 50-75 pound parts is important as some of them are heavy. We are looking for an employee who’s interested in a long-term position, that has room for growth in pay, and responsibilities over time.
