# Transmission General Foreman

Flory Line Construction is seeking experienced Transmission General Foremen to join our Transmission and Distribution division. As a leader in utility construction, you will oversee crews on awarded Blue Sky projects. This Michigan-based role requires proven leadership under pressure, a strong commitment to safety, and in-depth knowledge of field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise field crews during construction of awarded projects.

- Track project completion and work with project management team.

- Ensure safety compliance and complete accurate field documentation

- Coordinate directly with Utility representatives and FLC operation staff.

- Mentor linemen and apprentices on safe, efficient work practices.

Qualifications:

- Journeyman Lineman

- 5+ years of supervisory field experience (Preferred)

- Strong communication, leadership, and safety-first mindset
