Parker and Sons is currently seeking Tool Rental Adminstrator to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best experience every day. Our Warehouse Inventory Auditor is responsible for monitoring in-stock inventory and performing cycle counting duties to ensure that all materials are properly balanced between system and location counts. Duties also include miscellaneous stores/stockroom activities including but not limited to housekeeping, processing of material receipts, transfers, and issues.

- Work directly with Plumbing leadership, dispatch, and installation teams to coordinate tool check in/ out, maintenance, and repairs.
- Morning Check-in Check in all equipment from the previous day, ensuring all parts are present, functional, and stocked. Compare returned equipment condition to the photos of the equipment checked out.
- Daily Equipment Check-out Check out equipment according to the list created by dispatch. Reach out to a supervisor if any equipment is missing from the list. Make sure techs email photos of the equipment being checked out.
- Safety Compliance Ensure all safety equipment is operational. If any equipment requires repair, remove it from service and get the repair done the same day.
- Onsite Repairs Perform minor repairs on equipment that can be handled onsite. For items requiring vendor repairs, drop them off to fix.
- Equipment Testing Test equipment such as jetters, trucks, and excavators daily. Each piece of equipment should be tested weekly at a minimum.
- Regularly check on supplies, ensuring materials like SDR, resin, liner brushes, repair parts for drain equipment, and any other items needed to complete jobs are in stock.
- Provide end-of-day reports to the Parker supervisor email detailing equipment status, repairs completed, and issues that require attention.
- Spreadsheet Management Create and maintain spreadsheets to track equipment use, including equipment assignments, maintenance schedules, and repairs. Ensure equipment usage is logged accurately and consistently.
- Work closely with camera technicians to coordinate equipment and apprentice assignments for scheduled dig jobs.
- Ensure all equipment is secured and accounted for at the end of each day to prevent loss or theft.
- Report any possible misuse or damage to equipment to supervisors for further inspection.
- Continued development of position to better the plumbing department with safety and check out procedures including building new spreadsheets/data tracking.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail

- Must be 21 years of age with a valid driver's license
