Job Title: Maintenance Technician – Textile Industry Location: Maiden, NC

Pay Rate: $20–$25/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: 12-hour shifts | 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM Hours: 48–60 hours per weekJob Summary:

A well-established textile manufacturing company in Maiden, NC is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technicians to join their team. This position is ideal for mechanically inclined individuals with a strong maintenance background and at least 3 years of hands-on experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.Key Responsibilities:

- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on textile machinery and production equipment

- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues

- Assist with machine setups, adjustments, and equipment changeovers

- Monitor and respond to equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime

- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance logs, and safety checks

- Work closely with production and other maintenance staff to ensure equipment is running efficiently

- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (textile industry preferred)

- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

- Comfortable working 12-hour shifts and overtime as needed (48–60 hrs/week)

- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
