Job Description:
We are hiring a Technology Solutions Associate to support the day-to-day delivery and coordination of enterprise technology projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive—someone who brings clarity to fast-paced environments, communicates effectively, and takes ownership of follow-through. This role is central to the success of the Technology Solutions team, working closely with the Technology Solutions Manager to manage deadlines, drive progress, translate business needs into actionable tasks, and ensure stakeholder alignment. In addition to delivery oversight and agile process support, this individual will contribute directly to project execution through light configuration, testing, issue triage, and end-user training as needed.
You will support a diverse portfolio of initiatives across systems such as Salesforce (including Field Service), Microsoft Power Platform, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Mulesoft Anypoint Platform, internal web systems, and other enterprise tools.
Key Responsibilities:
•Support the Technology Solutions Manager in tracking and driving project progress from planning through completion.
•Manage delivery timelines, sprint milestones, and project deadlines across multiple concurrent initiatives.
•Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives; maintain Jira boards and ensure ticket clarity and movement.
•Assist in preparing status reports, utilization/capacity summaries, and documentation for stakeholders and leadership.
•Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders and technical teams.
•Translate high-level goals into clearly defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation.
•Participate in internal and client-facing meetings, take structured notes, and follow up on action items.
•Complete light configuration tasks (e.g., Salesforce field adjustments, PowerApps edits, etc.).
•Support triage of bugs and platform issues; escalate appropriately and track resolution.
•Assist with QA, UAT coordination, and documentation of new processes or systems.
•Support end-user training sessions and maintain onboarding and reference materials.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
•4+ years of experience in a technology project coordination, systems analyst, or delivery support role.
•Certified Scrum Master (CSM), with experience leading agile ceremonies across projects.
•Proficiency with Jira and agile delivery frameworks.
•Proven experience working with Salesforce, including basic configuration, user support, UAT, and troubleshooting (Salesforce Field Service experience is a plus).
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to interact across technical and non-technical teams.
•Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
•Comfortable with documentation, structured follow-up, and owning progress tracking.
