FT On Site – Starting between $25-$35/ Hour commensurate with experience. Initial review at 90 days.
NAK Kiln Services is headquartered in Pendergrass, Georgia. For over 25 years, the company has serviced rotary kilns, calciners, coolers, and dryers for customers throughout the United States. The company’s core competencies are installing, repairing, and maintaining rotary equipment. This position supports the Alignment/Grinding/Start-Up teams working closely with our engineers.
This position will provide high-level administrative and operational support to department leaders and inter-departmental processes, as well as contacting and coordinating with customers, recording daily logs, managing travel and logistics arrangements, completing customer-facing reports with the engineering team.
Include the following (and any other duties as assigned):
· Logistics and Crew Management: Scheduling customer site visits, meetings, and travel arrangements.
· Communication: Managing correspondence and acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders: vendors, other departments, upper management, customers, field personnel
· Project Support: Assisting with project coordination, document preparation, and tracking project progress. Maintaining contact with field teams to complete daily logs completing engineering reports for Grinding and Startup reports
· Office Management: Handling general office duties, maintaining records, and ordering supplies.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
· Administrative Experience: 5+ years of experience in a similar capacity and field
· Construction Knowledge: Familiarity with construction terminology, processes, and safety procedures is often preferred.
· Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
· Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain organized records.
· Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), PDF editors, and QuickBooks
· Business Acumen: Ability to think independently in a fast-paced variable environment and engage in creative problem solving
· Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with various departments.
