As we continue to expand our operations, we are actively seeking a reliable and experienced Tank and Lube Dispatcher to join our team. This position is essential for ensuring the prompt and safe delivery of bulk lubricants and tanks to our customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Accurately enter all work tasks into daily spreadsheet in a timely manner.

- Communicate with Inside Sales and customers to schedule all tanks, lubes, and service calls.

- Must be able to handle a high volume of emails quickly and effectively under deadlines.

- Update systems/software in real time to track pickups, deliveries and tank moves to show accurate locations of assets.

- Communicate in a professional manner to all employees and customers to ensure all orders are being processed in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

- Experienced or skilled in Excel, Microsoft Office, Word, and Outlook.

- Capable of learning systems/software to track monitors and tank locations.

- Previous experience dispatching or working with fuel tanks and lubricants are a plus.

- Must have a reliable cell phone and be proficient is using GPS functions (dispatch and GPS coordinates).

Education:

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required

Relocation:

- This position is not eligible for relocation

- This position is on-site Monday through Friday, based in Cypress, TX.
