Functions:

- Works as a team member with other Project Managers to set and update solar installation schedules daily

- Post contract, act as the client liaison to ensure timely and complete solar installation

- Communicate effectively with the Warehouse Procurement Coordinator for equipment updates and scheduling purposes

- Coordinate with utility companies to complete and submit interconnection applications and disconnects, if required

- Coordinate with municipalities to apply and complete documentation for building permits and other required tax documents

- Coordinate with Accounts Payable and MOSAIC for loan documentation and processing

Duties:

- Provide estimated two (2) months in advance solar installation schedule

- Complete client orientation, building permit application, interconnection applications, inspection reports, etc. for each client

- Upload and track all necessary documentation for solar installation success to both Zoho CRM and Zoho Projects

- Communicate with clients via Enerflow

- Communicate and compile reporting for direct supervisor regarding requested time off, continuing education and other reporting measures

- Attend weekly production meetings along with yearly employment evaluations

- Provide weekly reports to the Director of Operations

- Attend required safety training and solar trainings

Responsibilities:

- Ensure solar installation success by making sure Technical Visit photos, plansets, project notes, safety guidelines and Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and other vital information is loaded

- or copied in their respective Zoho Projects feed or hard copy Solar Installation ?Go Pack?

- Coordinate necessary solar and electrical inspections with the Solar Holler network of electrical inspectors

- Utilize and follow Solar Holler IT department guidelines (dual-factor authentication) for all technology requirements/applications: Google, Slack, T-Sheets, Zenefits, Zoho, SolarEdge monitoring, SolarEdge Site Mapper, Enlighten Monitoring, etc.

- Represent Solar Holler via all communications to vendors, partners, distributors

- Process service requests, updates and instructions for clients

- Process technical questions, instruction, and update for clients
