Wood Asset Integrity Solutions is presently recruiting a Subsea Integrity Engineer to join our team. The Subsea Integrity Engineer is responsible for leading and supporting integrity management projects for fixed equipment and subsea equipment in O&G facilities.
This is an opportunity to take an active role in leading, developing and execution of the inspection and integrity programs to ensure the safe and efficient operation of subsea oil and gas production. The SIE will take a key role in a multidisciplinary team working for a major oil and gas Operator in GoA.

Responsibilities:
•Liaise directly with client management and specialized engineering disciplines to execute the integrity program and to resolve integrity related concerns;
•Write technical reports based on assessments, calculations, and inspections;
•Produce engineering calculations based on engineering concepts and API/ASME standards;
•Review and respond to inline inspection (ILI), tethered pig inspection, direct subsea inspection data and vendor provided inspection reports
•Lead the development of inspection programs and campaigns
•Perform QA/QC checks on integrity data;
•Produce integrity dashboards and KPIs based on operating conditions of the subsea production system.
•Access integrity threats, damage mechanisms, and subsea related failure mechanisms for flowlines, jumpers, steel catenary risers, etc
•Lead and contribute to HAZOPs, risk assessments and ECAs
•Interface with clients, personnel, and subcontractors to collect project information/data to be used in IM studies;
•Involvement with industry associations and academic institutions;
•Travel when required to client locations to coordinate data collection and data QA/QC, perform assessments, interact with Inspection vendors
•Compliance with the company’s Quality and HSE policies;
•Achieve company goals / personal KPI’s

Expected:
•Bachelor of Engineering degree; Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, Petroleum or related specialty preferred;
•5+ years’ experience in the field of subsea oil and gas production systems integrity required;
•Understanding the functionality of subsea production, water injection, gas lift, and export systems equipment and their typical failure mechanisms
•Proficient in the following areas:
+ Subsea oil and gas production
+ Subsea Integrity Management
+ Pipeline Integrity Management
+ Risk assessments and inspection/NDT
+ Experience with integrity management databases
•Willingness to develop a wide range of skills and flexibility to work on a variety of projects
•Ability to effectively communicate technical information to diverse audiences, including engineers, managers, inspectors, etc
•Self-motivated, ability to analyze problems, identify root causes of integrity threats and develop solutions
•Candidates familiar with industry standards and regulations, such as ASME, API and CFR, is a plus
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Legal ability to work in US without sponsorship, now or in the future.
