Location:

East Boulder Mine - McLeod, MT

Rotating - 5x4x4x5

- Performs heading prep, blasting, and mucking duties. Determines the amount of explosives, placement, and firing of explosives.

- Operates underground equipment (loaders, trucks, etc).

- Performs other duties as assigned from time to time at the discretion of the company.

Required

Qualifications and Skills:

- Must meet and maintain qualifications for working with explosives per the Safe Explosives Act.

- Working knowledge of utilities, services, and ventilation.

- Must meet the minimum Task Matrix Proficiency Levels for a Sublevel Miner 1. (See Task Matrix in HR Office)

- Must have long hole drilling experience.

Preferred

- Mine Equipment and materials terminology and uses.

- Working knowledge of small hand tools.
