The Student Intern – Contracts Administration will learn principles of contracts management and administration. The intern will perform administrative contract support tasks for pipeline maintenance and repair contracts within the Utility Services Dept.

Essential Functions

- Assist with preparing sewer house connection renewals.

- Conduct work site pre-inspections, review bypass plans, collect pertinent data related to the specific repair and maintenance of water system.

- Prepare written and verbal reports.

Other Functions

Perform other duties, as assigned

Work Environment And Physical Demands

Primarily field work and some office work in a business casual setting

Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

- Effective verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to use MS Office applications

Minimum Education, Experience Requirements
